Conservation Halton issued the following Watershed Conditions Statement – Flood Outlook at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2015.

Fourth Annual Halton Forest Festival at Rattlesnake Point

The fourth annual Halton Forest Festival wrapped up a successful event earlier this week with the last of four educational days. The educational portion took place October 15, 16, 19 and 20 at Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area with 1,200 grade 6 and 7 students participating, as well as more than 300 volunteers, including high school students who helped deliver the activities.

Mountsberg Halloween Spooktacular 2015

It’s time to get spooky! Kick your Halloween festivities up a notch by coming to Mountsberg Conservation Area’s Spooktacular Halloween October 24&25 and October 31 and November 1. This event is free with park admission and features plenty of hauntingly good fun for everyone.

Fall into Nature starts October 3 and 4, 2015

Conservation Halton invites you to enjoy the spectacular landscapes and colours of fall during the annual Fall into Nature Festival. The events take place over two weekends starting this Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4, and finishing on Thanksgiving weekend (October 10 to 12). Fall into Nature is happening at Conservation Halton’s seven main parks: Crawford Lake, Hilton Falls, Kelso, Mountsberg, Rattlesnake Point, Mount Nemo, and Robert Edmondson Conservation Areas.
