No, you don’t! Wellness Passholders don’t have to register for sessions in advance or reserve a park visit to participate in the program. Your pass secures you a spot at all Wellness Series events. Simply flash your pass to program staff when you arrive and enjoy fun group fitness outdoors.
Only individuals accessing single sessions without a Wellness Pass are required to register for their selected activity and reserve a visit at parkvisit.ca.
Yes! For non-passholders looking to access individual sessions, register online by selecting the park and date followed by the activity under “Wellness Series”. Each session is $8.00 (+ HST) in addition to the park gate fee.
Bookmark this page to keep the program schedule at your fingertips (we may add to it from time to time). For passholders, you can also expect to receive a weekly reminder email as a prompt to mark your calendars and head to the right park for program sessions.
While Wellness Series sessions are scheduled to run rain or shine, we will notify passholders and single-session registrants if an activity must be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions (e.g., thunder and lighting, risk of imminent storms) or wet/muddy park conditions that could prevent activities from running safely.
Our rock-climbing sessions are led by One Axe Pursuits. Get your pass today to gain access to these sessions!
We recommend bringing water to each session to stay hydrated. Sunscreen and bug spray are also strongly recommended. As well, participants are required to bring their own mat to yoga in the park and must wear closed-toe shoes for rock-climbing sessions.
