• A minimum payment of 10 participants is due upon booking. Additional participants can be added on and confirmed closer to the date.

• All refund requests and changes to birthday party reservations must be received 14 days prior to the reservation. A $25 administration fee applies to all and any cancellations.
• No refunds less than 14 days (2) weeks before the reservation.
• Refunds must be returned to the original payment method.

• Please be aware that the Challenge Course may close with short notice prior to or during inclement weather. Heavier rains, high winds, and lightning or thunder storms will impact course operation. If possible, we will always wait for the weather to clear and then re-open. 

• Parents dropping off and picking up their children will not be charged admission.
• For every 1 participant, 1 adult is welcome to stay and watch. Any additional adults would be charged regular admission fees.
• Adults participating in the activities would be counted as a Participant.

• Please note we require our digital waiver to be signed and submitted for each participant. A link will be sent to the organizer to distribute to all parents/guardians prior to the reservation. If a participant has not submitted a digital waiver, they will not be able to participate in the planned activities.

The summer camp classic can now be the focal point of your birthday party. Gaga ball has been called the kinder dodgeball. The game is played with a soft foam ball, and combines the skills of dodging, striking, running, and jumping, while trying to hit opponents with a ball below the knees. Hop in the octagon and try to be the last person standing!

Take advantage of this complimentary retreat before or after scheduled activities, soaking in the tranquil ambiance and refreshing waters. Since all group events include Kelso Park access, Beach Access is an optional activity for some or all of your participants before or after the scheduled events.
