Early Bird Rate – Register between March 3- April 30, 2018 and save on all your summer programs.

Pre Season – Register between May 1-June 30 for your last chance at a reduced rate.

In Season - After June 30, regular prices apply.


We offer several discounts for return campers, multi-week campers, and for Halton Parks members.  Please contact us by e-mail at or phone 905-878-5011 ext. 1256 to apply your return camper and Halton Parks Members discount as these discounts cannot be redeemed online.

  • $20 off any camp for return campers (from 2017) 
  • $15 off for Halton Parks Members
  • 10% off for multiple weeks or multiple camper

Program Availability

Is the camp you want sold out? In many occasions we will have a wait list and very well may be able to add space for your camper. Please contact us at and provide your name, phone, program, and preferred week of camp and we will add you to the wait list. We will contact you as soon as we are able to find a solution for you.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Ways of the Woods Summer Camps adheres to the following refund/exchange policy.

On or before June 1, 2018

Full Refund. Providing your request is received on or before June 1st 2018, a full refund will be processed.

Following June 1, 2018

Partial refund. Camp fee will be refunded less a $25 admin fee*

Full refund. Camp fee will be refunded in full for medical/emergency issues with documentation.

Exchanges. Camp fees may be transferred to another camper, or another week.

0 – 7 days before camp

No full refunds or exchanges of any kind.
Including registrations made within 0-7 days of camp.

Consideration for medical/emergency issues with documentation, less $25 admin fee*

Cancellation may be made within 7 days of camp with written or verbal request. A cancellation fee of $75 will apply. Cancellation implies full removal from the program.

*$25 admin fee – Applies per camper, per week of camp.
