Conservation Halton (CH) provides planning services to provincial agencies, municipalities and landowners throughout its watersheds (click here to see a map of Conservation Halton’s watershed).
CH has several roles and responsibilities related to planning services including:
- Plan Input and Review
- Memoranda of Agreement
- Delegated Provincial Interest in Plan Review
- Resource Management Agency
- Regulatory Role
These services are provided by Planning and Regulation Services staff, with technical support and expertise from professional ecologists and water resource engineers. Staff work together in interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely and comprehensive planning comments and advice.
