Conservation Halton and Moksha Yoga Milton have teamed up to offer Yoga in the Park every Wednesday night from 7 to 8 p.m. at Rattlesnake Point Conservation Area. The sessions started on Wednesday, May 25 and will continue until Wednesday, August 31, 2016.
All ages and abilities are welcome to join us! We do ask, however, that anyone under the age of 18 have a parent or guardian present to sign a waiver.
Moksha yoga is a dynamic system of postures and breathing exercises specifically designed to be practiced in the heat. Moksha classes are intended to open, strengthen and detoxify the entire body. The traditional 40 posture series is done in a 90 minute class, though there are 60 and 75 minute condensed versions. It is suitable for all levels.
Classes are free with the purchase of regular gate admission; Halton Parks Members are completely free.
