BURLINGTON – Conservation Halton invites the community to take part in consulting on the Kelso Conservation Area/Glen Eden Master Plan on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Conservation Halton is embarking on an exciting process to update the Master Plan for Kelso Conservation Area/Glen Eden, nestled within the Niagara Escarpment. The updated Master Plan will set an important vision and role within the Conservation Halton parks system and a unique contribution to the Niagara Escarpment Parks and Open Space System (NEPOSS).
Feedback from the public will be used to transform services, operations, and amenities for Kelso Conservation Area/Glen Eden. Community input will help us as we develop an updated Park Master Plan, which will ensure Kelso/Glen Eden remains an exciting and cherished part of our future.
The Kelso Conservation Area/Glen Eden Master Plan will act as the guiding document to ensure sustainable planning, development, and resource management is in the forefront at Kelso throughout the continuous growth of Halton Region and our surrounding community.
Conservation Halton will present the site analysis, policy frameworks, improved servicing plan, market analysis and draft conceptual design plans for the park.
