Rattlesnake Point is one park that will take your breath away, whether you are hiking the Nassagaweya Canyon Trail, running the Vista Adventure Trail, climbing up the side of the escarpment, or just admiring the view. Even the plant and animal species at Rattlesnake Point are impressive, with turkey vultures soaring through the air and thousand-year-old cedars growing from the rock. When you have had enough breath-taking scenery, come back to your breath and into downward dog at an outdoor yoga class. Namaste. Reservations required.

Are there rattlesnakes at Rattlesnake Point?
No, there are no rattlesnakes at Rattlesnake Point. Massasauga Rattlesnakes can be found in Ontario, but not at Rattlesnake Point. The park was named Rattlesnake Point because, from above, the stretch of escarpment within the park looks like a snake.
