Yoga in the Park
Join us at Kelso Conservation Area for Yoga in the Park on Wednesday evenings, from 6:30-7:30pm. Modo Yoga Milton will share a class that is both accessible for beginners, with precise instructions around the poses, sequences and breath, and enjoyable for intermediates, with opportunities for more challenging modifications. To register, add it to your reservation at Kelso Main.
- Bring your own yoga mat & bug spray.
- Reservations are required.
- In the event of inclement weather, an email will be sent notifying of class cancelations.
- Participants are reminded to arrive 15 minutes before class time to check-in.
