Enjoy piping hot pancakes smothered in fresh maple syrup or a taste of taffy on snow while the woods around you slowly wake up from winter to spring. Take a guided wagon ride through the sugar bush and learn about the history of maple syrup, starting with it’s Indigenous origins. Climb, jump, and run in the Play Barn. See dramatic bird of prey demonstrations in the Raptor Centre at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm & 3pm or encounter the Mountsberg raptors in their enclosures along the Wildlife Walkway.

Whatever activities you choose, you will be taking part in a time-honoured, delicious part of Canadian heritage!
