The trails at Mountsberg are stroller friendly. The trail is hard packed, but it is uneven in some sections and some buildings have a lip that may pose a challenge. Winter weather may also impact trail conditions. Please contact us for more information about accessibility – we are happy to help –

Strollers and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on the wagon ride. However, wheelchairs and strollers can be walked out to Christmas Town by staff, if required.

We want all our patrons to experience the magic of Christmas! If you or a group member requires an accommodation to be able to participate please contact us at to discuss options available to make the experience exceptional for everyone.

We do our best to make sure we have cookies for children with allergies – Mrs. Claus’s orders, no child is left out! However, it is important to note that due to the public nature of our facility we are not able to list ourselves as a peanut free facility.
