Hike it. Bike it. Run It. Climb It. With Halton Parks 150

Posted by on

Canada is known for many things around the world, hockey, maple syrup, but perhaps one of our most famous assets is, the great outdoors!

In the Conservation Halton watershed we are fortunate to have some beautiful natural areas featuring the Niagara Escarpment (a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve), Lake Ontario and a diverse natural environment rich in species.

As part of Canada 150, Conservation Halton wants you to get out and explore the great outdoors in your own community. Through Halton Parks 150, Conservation Halton is challenging you, your friends, and your family to hike, bike, climb, and run in Halton Parks.

Complete the Halton Parks 150 Trails Challenge from June 15, 2017 to October 15, 2017, and you’ll win an extended month to your Halton Parks Membership and be entered to win mini contests and one of the grand prizes.
