Schedule, Fees & Registration

*No charge for babies under the age of one
Christmas Town is a popular program. Due to high demand, we use a lottery registration system for tickets to Christmas Town.
The registration lottery was open from September 13 at 11 a.m. to September 27 at 11 a.m. and is now closed for 2017.
Visitor Service staff will be working on Christmas Town registrations starting September 28 to November 3, 2017. Those families who are selected will receive an email from email@example.com to confirm your visit by November 3, 2017.
How the Lottery Works
A link to the Christmas Town lottery was made available on the Conservation Halton website on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, and was closed on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 11 a.m.
Registrants will be asked to select three possible dates and times. *Please note: The Christmas Town program is one hour and a half in length.
Time blocks are as follows:
- Morning: 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.
- Afternoon: 12 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Evening: 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
The exact time of your visit will be determined through the computer system with one of the below time ranges you select during the lottery registration, i.e. if you select the “afternoon” time slot, your visit may be booked for anytime between 12 and 3:30 p.m. The exact start-time of your visit will be communicated to you via email.
If your name is drawn in the random lottery selection, tickets will be processed based on availability for your choice in order of preference. You will be emailed a receipt and confirmation of the tickets purchased for one of your choice dates.
If selected, the sale amount will be charged to the credit card provided on our secure site and show as Conservation Halton on your statement.
Please note: by entering the lottery your credit card will be charged if your name is drawn.
