Conservation Halton Board of Directors
Conservation Halton is a corporate body established under the Conservation Authorities Act of Ontario to manage watershed resources and related conservation projects in partnership with its member municipalities and the Province.
The municipalities located in the watershed appoint representatives who serve as directors to oversee the programs of Conservation Halton. These appointed directors who are both elected municipal councillors and citizen appointees speak on your behalf at Conservation Halton.

Delegations to a Conservation Halton Board of Directors meeting
A delegation is a member of the public, or a group, who wish to speak at a Conservation Halton Board of Directors meeting about a report on the meeting agenda.
You do not need to register as a delegation to be an observer at a Board of Directors meeting. However, if you choose to be a delegation, you need to contact 905-336-1158 ext. 236 or email email@example.com at least five (5) days prior to the scheduled Board of Directors meeting. If you are providing documentation to be included in the Agenda, you need to contact us ten days prior to the scheduled meeting. Delegates will speak to issues relating to the mandate of Conservation Halton only.
