Lisa Penny (Chair) is a long-time Oakville resident and passionate advocate for Conservation Halton Foundation and the work that we do. Lisa is an entrepreneur who runs her own business in Oakville.
Tricia Chapman (Vice Chair) is an Account Manager with Rogers Communications Inc., and lives near Guelph.
Jim Faught (Past Chair) is the former Executive Director of the Federation of Ontario Naturalists, and spent 25 years working with the Ministry of Natural Resources. He is the President of Green Space Consulting Associates.
Don Ford is a Senior Hydrogeologist with the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority. Don is also an active birder and hiker who frequents Conservation Halton parks with his family.
Jim McCoubrey is the former Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
Brian Penman is the Councilor for Ward 1 for the Town of Milton and the Chair of Conservation Halton. Brian has worked tirelessly for the environment in Halton for over 25 years.
Monique Smith is a community volunteer from Milton, where she lives with her family who all enjoy mountain biking at local Conservation Areas.
Jim A. Sweetlove is a Lawyer with Ross & McBride LLP of Hamilton.
John Vice is the President of Marten Management and the Vice Chair of Conservation Halton.

Brian Hobbs, Director – Development, Conservation Halton Foundation
Brian manages all fundraising activities of the Conservation Halton Foundation and has doubled the Foundation’s revenues in the past 5 years. Brian has 15 years of experience in fundraising and consulting with organizations such as the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society, and many others. Brian has helped raise more than $40 million for charitable works in Ontario and across Canada.
